目的探讨机械通气患者肠内营养治疗的效果。方法选择ICU进行机械通气的24例患者,通过肠内营养支持治疗,并对机械通气期间血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、氮平衡及平均上臂肌围、肱三头肌皮皱厚度进行监测。结果机械通气患者通气前后血清白蛋白、血红蛋白和氮平衡增高(P<0.05),上臂肌围和肱三头肌皮皱厚度无统计学意义(P>0.05)。机械通气时间明显缩短。结论ICU机械通气患者肠内营养治疗可以合理补充营养、增加能量供给,缩短机械通气时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods Twenty-four ICU-ventilated patients were enrolled in this study. Enteral nutrition supportive therapy was used. Serum albumin, hemoglobin, nitrogen balance, average upper arm muscle circumference and triceps skin fold thickness during mechanical ventilation were monitored. Results Before and after ventilation, serum albumin, hemoglobin and nitrogen balance were increased in patients with mechanical ventilation (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in the thickness of upper arm muscle and triceps skin (P> 0.05). Mechanical ventilation time was significantly shorter. Conclusions Enteral nutrition in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation can rationally supplement nutrition, increase energy supply and shorten the time of mechanical ventilation.
