目的 :探讨凝血酶膀胱灌注治疗放射性膀胱炎的临床应用价值.方法 :自 1988年至今 ,应用凝血酶溶液膀胱灌注治疗放射性膀胱炎 3 7例.结果 :3 1例灌注 2 4h内尿液变清 ,3例 48~ 72h变清 ,2例超过 72h变清 ,1例转手术治疗.结论 :本方法简单 ,安全 ,疗效满意“,”Objective:To study clinical value of radiocystitis therapy with thrombin intra-bladder perfusion. Methods:37 cases of radiocystitis were trented with thrombin intra-bladder perfusion since 1998.Results:The urine of 31 cases was clear after intra-bladder perfusion in 24 hours ,3 cases clear in 48～72 hours, 2 cases clear over 72 hours, 1 case changed to an operation.Conclusion:It was claimed that radiocystitis therapy with thrombin intra-bladder perfusion was safe,simple and had a satisfactory result.
