采用EDEM软件模拟移动送粉靴中粉末充型流动过程,并分析粉末充型的均匀性。结果显示,当送粉靴移动速度较低时,粉末以鼻流为主,型腔能够完全充满。而当送料靴移动速度增大后,粉末出现块流,送粉靴推动一部分粉末滑过型腔而来不及下落充型,型腔仅能部分充满。进一步建立了粉末填充率计算公式,为装粉工艺操作优化提供参考。
EDEM software was used to simulate the process of powder filling and flow in the mobile powder feeding shoe and the uniformity of the powder filling was analyzed. The results showed that when the powder feeding shoe moving speed is low, the powder is mainly nasal flow, the cavity can be completely filled. When the feeding shoe moving speed increases, the powder appears block flow, powder feeding shoe to promote some of the powder sliding through the cavity and less than the filling, the cavity can only be partially filled. The formulas for calculating the powder filling rate are further established, which provide reference for the operation optimization of powder loading process.
