针对低硅铁水的冶炼问题,计算了不同硅含量的铁水在转炉炼钢吹氧时,硅、碳氧化反应的吉布斯自由能ΔGSi和ΔGC的变化规律,提出了以“氧化转化浓度”为界点的硅、碳选择性氧化的新模式。用此模式分析了低硅铁水对转炉炼钢造渣工艺的影响,确定了适用于转炉炼钢的铁水中[Si]的最佳含量。同时计算了不同碳含量对该“氧化转化浓度”的影响,提出了不同条件下界点浓度的计算公式,便于实际生产过程中的灵活操作。
Aiming at the smelting problem of low-silicon-molten iron, the Gibbs free energy ΔGSi and ΔGC of silicon and carbon oxidation were calculated when the molten silicon with different contents of silicon was oxygenated in converter steelmaking process. "As the boundary point of silicon, a new mode of carbon-selective oxidation. With this model, the influence of low-silicon molten iron on converter slag-making process was analyzed, and the optimum content of [Si] in hot metal for converter steelmaking was determined. At the same time, the influence of different carbon content on the concentration of oxidative conversion was calculated and the calculation formula of the boundary concentration under different conditions was put forward to facilitate the flexible operation in the actual production process.
