以芴和1-萘甲醛为起始原料,经硝化、还原、缩合三步反应,合成了一种新型“D-π-A”型的荧光化合物(萘-1-亚甲基)-芴-2-胺(简称NMFA).该分子通过-CH=N-连接萘环(D)和芴环(A)使其具有ICT特性.通过IR和1 H NMR对其结构进行了表征.并对其荧光发射光谱进行了初步研究,发现NMFA分子在DMSO中发出较强的蓝白色荧光,具有双重的荧光发射峰,分别位于358nm和374nm处.而且NMFA分子对溶剂和温度的变化有很高的敏感度,进一步说明其具有明显的ICT特征,在分子荧光探针领域有潜在的应用.
A new type of “D-π-A” fluorescent compound (naphthalene-1-methylidene) - naphthalene was synthesized by three steps reaction of nitration, reduction and condensation using fluorene and 1-naphthaldehyde as starting materials. Fluorene-2-amine (abbreviated as NMFA) which has ICT properties by linking a naphthalene ring (D) and a fluorene ring (A) through -CH═N-, and its structure has been characterized by IR and 1 H NMR The fluorescence emission spectra of NMFA molecules were characterized by strong blue-white fluorescence in DMSO and double fluorescence emission peaks at 358 nm and 374 nm, respectively. Moreover, NMFA molecules showed high changes in solvent and temperature Sensitivity, further demonstrating that it has obvious ICT features and potential applications in the field of molecular fluorescent probes.
