以库尔勒、阿克苏2个地区的香梨为试材,研究比较了不同地区库尔勒香梨果实的内外部品质。结果表明:库尔勒地区香梨的含水量为82.98%、可溶性固形物16.40%、可溶性糖1.98%、维生素C 16.10mg/100g、可溶性蛋白质0.29mg/g、游离氨基酸0.40mg/g、总酸含量0.034%、石细胞含量0.44g/kg、淀粉7.76%、硬度8.20kg/cm2;阿克苏地区香梨含水量为84.67%、可溶性固形物14.40%、可溶性糖1.52%、维生素C 9.17mg/100g、可溶性蛋白质0.28mg/g、游离氨基酸0.26mg/g、总酸含量0.067%、石细胞含量0.65g/kg、淀粉含量5.83%、硬度8.23kg/cm2。由此可知,库尔勒地区的香梨比阿克苏地区的较好。
In the Korla, Aksu two regions of pear as a test material to study and compare the different regions of Korla pear fruit internal and external quality.
