通过企业调研发现,计算机专业的人才需求量依然很大。但很多高职和高校的毕业生在应聘时却屡屡碰壁。这表面看是一个奇怪的现象。但是深入研究,不难发现,产生这种怪象的原因。计算机相关企业在发展中不断的对业户群定位,找到自身发展的方向。所以这些企业需要的相关技术不断细化。形成不同的分支。一些领域需要研究型的高端人才。很多本科毕业生难以满足要求,甚至一些硕士也难以达到这样的高度。而一些企业却需要具备实际动手能力,针对某一个技术方向,熟练操作,熟练掌握基础知识的工作人员。刚刚毕业的学生,动手能力较弱,学习范围广而繁杂,无法做到精通每个方向。这就形成了这种企业与毕业生矛盾,形成了结构性的人才紧缺。本文就如何从高职院校角度,计算机专业方向入手,培养能够具备岗位能力,精通企业需要的岗位方向的具有竞争力的人才进行了深入的分析。
