为了实现高炉高产、优质、低耗、长寿,不断提高经济效益,高炉工作者对维持合理的操作炉型日益重视。实践中发现,炉身热负荷能较准确地反映出炉型变化,并在一定程度上反映高炉内的冶炼过程,为操作者提供可靠的信息。本文在总结武钢3号高炉生产实践的基础上,初步探讨了不同条件下炉身热负荷变化特征,以及炉身热负荷与高炉冶炼的关系。
In order to achieve high yield, high quality, low consumption, long life and economic benefits, blast furnace operators pay more and more attention to maintaining a reasonable operating furnace. In practice, it is found that the heat load of the shaft body can more accurately reflect the change of the furnace type, and to a certain extent, reflect the smelting process in the blast furnace and provide the operator with reliable information. Based on the summary of the production practice of BF No.3 in WISCO, this paper discussed the characteristics of the heat load variation of the shaft under different conditions and the relationship between the heat load of the shaft and the smelting of blast furnace.
