激励永远是管理的主题,自我效能感是心理行为学的重要概念,将两者结合应用于公安院校教师队伍建设具有重要意义。在综述自我效能感相关研究的基础上,界定了公安院校教师自我效能感,指出了其构成要素与激励价值,设计了基于自我效能感提升的公安院校教师激励机制,最后结合公安院校教师自我效能感的表现形态与现状,提出了改善自我效能感的相关建议,以促进师资队伍行为激励管理。
Incentive is always the theme of management, self-efficacy is an important concept of psychology and behavior, and the combination of the two is of great significance to the construction of teachers in public security colleges and universities. On the basis of reviewing the researches on self-efficacy, this paper defines the sense of self-efficacy of teachers in public security schools, points out the components and motivational values, designs the incentive mechanism for teachers in public security schools based on self-efficacy, Teacher self-efficacy of the performance of the form and status, put forward to improve the sense of self-efficacy of the relevant recommendations to promote teachers team behavior incentive management.
