在当前地震资料解释及储层预测中,能量半时与相干、均方根振幅、主频等成为经常采用的地震属性,但其理论含叉与本质还很少有人关注.本文通过公式解剖、模型测试与实际应用,对能量半时属性做了较详细的诠释,研究结果对实际生产有一定指导作用.研究表明:1)能量半时反映的是一分析窗内能量的相对变化关系,可指示沉积环境、岩性岩相的变化;2)能量半时分析时窗长度取接近子波长度为好;3)能量半时下降沿的中点正好对应界面分界点,可以作为储层与围岩的分界标志;4)质心能量半时比直接计算的能量半时要光滑,对于低信噪比资料,采用前者为好;5)能量半时还具有识别弱信号的优点.
