目的探讨糖尿病合并腕管综合征的电生理特征,以提高糖尿病合并腕管综合征疾病的早期诊断。方法 600例2型糖尿病患者均进行运动、感觉神经传导速度测定及针肌电图检查。结果检出糖尿病合并腕管综合征者97例,多以双侧正中神经受累为主,女性患病率高,电生理检查感觉神经先受累,其次为运动神经,拇短展肌异常率仅11.3%。结论神经电生理检测为糖尿病合并腕管综合征的诊断提供真实客观依据。
Objective To investigate the electrophysiological characteristics of diabetic patients with carpal tunnel syndrome in order to improve the early diagnosis of diabetes mellitus with carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods Six hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus underwent exercise, sensory nerve conduction velocity and electroacupuncture. Results Ninety-seven patients with diabetes mellitus and carpal tunnel syndrome were diagnosed. Most of them had bilateral median nerve involvement. The prevalence rate of female was higher than that of female. The sensory nerve was involved in the electrophysiological examination first, followed by the motor nerve. The abnormal rate of the thumb extensor was only 11.3 %. Conclusion The neuroelectrophysiological test provides a true and objective basis for the diagnosis of diabetes complicated with carpal tunnel syndrome.
