长期以来,人们对泰勒创立的科学管理理论众说纷纭、褒贬不一。本文通过对科学管理理论的浅剖析,旨在说明泰勒的科学管理思想在强调“经济人”的同时,并未忽视工人作为“社会人”的一面。科学管理理论不仅突出强调了人的重要性,也同时倡导各方利益的一致性和协调合作,蕴含着朴素但丰富的人本主义管理思想。
For a long time, people have different opinions about the theory of scientific management founded by Taylor. Through the shallow analysis of the theory of scientific management, this paper aims to show that Taylor’s scientific management thought emphasizes “economic man ” at the same time, does not neglect the worker “social ” side. The theory of scientific management not only emphasizes the importance of human beings but also advocates the consistency of interests and coordination and cooperation of all parties and contains the simple but rich humanistic management thinking.
