1808年英国化学家 Davy 分离出镁元素后,对镁在人体内的代谢及其生理病理等方面的研究一直很贫乏,主因是镁近似微量元素,测定十分困难。直到六十年代末原子吸收分光光度计问世以来,对镁的研究才有了较大的进展。镁平衡的生理病理重要性才日益被人重视,尤其在心血管疾病方面。因此研究镁的分布、代谢以及有关心血管方面的生理病理,在理论和实践上都有重要意义。
After the British chemist Davy isolated the magnesium element in 1808, the research on the metabolism of magnesium in the human body and its physiology and pathology has been very poor. The main reason is that the magnesium is very close to the trace elements and the determination is very difficult. Until the advent of atomic absorption spectrophotometry in the late 1960s, great progress has been made in the study of magnesium. Physiological and pathological importance of magnesium balance is increasingly being taken seriously, especially in cardiovascular disease. Therefore, the study of magnesium distribution, metabolism and cardiovascular physiology and pathology, both in theory and practice are of great significance.
