西气东输二线西段自运行以来由于天然气气质原因,霍尔果斯、红柳、嘉峪关压气站机组先后出现干气密封失效事件。西气东输二线天然气在输送过程中残留颗粒,液体等,导致压缩机组的一级密封气过滤器滤芯更换频繁,更换的过滤器滤芯内粉尘、杂质很多。同时天然气中残留的水分也会冷凝并被带入干气密封,对密封性能造成严重影响。结合西二线乌鲁木齐压气分输站压缩机组干气密封控制系统,对干气密封的原理、结构进行介绍,并对干气密封系统增加前置过滤装置改造,避免压缩机干气密封失效,降低维护成本进行分析和评估。

Combined with the dry gas seal control system of compressor unit of Urumqi Compressor Station of West Second-Line, the principle and structure of dry gas seal are introduced. The front filter unit is retrofitted to the dry gas seal system to avoid compressor dry gas seal failure and reduce maintenance Cost analysis and evaluation.
