自2009年以来,惠农区每年招聘一批音乐特岗教师加入中小学教师队伍的行列,为惠农教育增添了极大的活力。刚走上工作岗位的特岗教师,年轻、有朝气,大多数对教学工作充满热情,但相对于有经验的老教师来说,确实整体素质相对偏低,尤其表现在课堂教学方面。笔者深入学校,深入特岗教师的音乐课堂,了解特岗教师课堂教学现状,针对现状,提出解决对策,促进惠农区中小学音乐特岗教师的专业化成长,使她们成为“自我引导学习者、反思者、研究者”。
