依据国家标准GB/T 18837-2002《多联式空调(热泵机组)》和上海市质量监督局技术协议要求,设计并建造了一套25HP小型多联空调机组性能测试实验室。在空气处理系统设计中,通过对各种气流组织形式的分析,在保证温度场和速度场均匀性的前提下,A室、B室和C室均采用全面孔板顶送下回方式,D室采用下送上回方式。在工况控制的制冷系统设计中,A室和B室采用比泽尔定频半封闭压缩机组与Dorin变频半封闭式压缩机组共同作用来调节房间负荷,达到节能的效果,C室和D室采用比泽尔定频半封闭压缩机组,变频制冷机组采用高精度电子膨胀阀控制,另外所有制冷机组利用曲轴箱压力调节阀使压缩机组在较高温度下仍能正常运行,采用变空气流量和配置调节附件的方法获得较宽的湿度范围(30%~95%)。
