研制了掺杂于 1 -萘胺聚合膜中的杂多酸 W2 O18/NPA化学修饰电极。在弱酸性介质中此电极对抗坏血酸有电位响应。测定了电极的电位选择性系数、响应时间等电化学参数。电极的线性响应范围为 1 0 -5~ 1 0 -2 mol·L-1。最佳 p H值范围为 1~ 6,检出下限为 7× 1 0 -6mol· L-1。电极用于测定药剂中抗坏血酸的含量。
A heteropoly acid W2 O18 / NPA chemically modified electrode doped with 1 - naphthylamine was synthesized. This electrode has a potential response to ascorbic acid in weakly acidic media. The electrode potential selectivity, response time and other electrochemical parameters were measured. The linear response range of the electrode is 1 0 -5 ~ 1 0 -2 mol·L-1. The best p H value ranged from 1 to 6, and the lower limit of detection was 7 × 10 -6 mol · L -1. The electrode was used to determine the amount of ascorbic acid in the medicament.
