通过Pro/E软件建立某新型高空作业平台臂架的三维实体模型,并将其导入ADAMS,根据臂架的工程实际施加运动副和驱动约束,应用数学关系仿真臂架调平机构的调平功能,从而获得臂架的虚拟样机。通过仿真模拟臂架在工作范围内的运动情况,得出臂架的受力情况,并同理论计算获得的臂架受力情况加以对比。分析对比结果可知,该方法可确定高空作业平台的最危险工况,并为后续的臂架结构设计以及油缸等的选型提供依据。
Based on Pro / E software, a 3D solid model of a new type of aerial work platform boom was built and imported into ADAMS. According to the engineering practice of jib, the three-dimensional solid model was applied to simulate the leveling function of boom leveling mechanism , To obtain a virtual prototype boom. By simulating the movement of the boom in the working range, the force of the boom is obtained and compared with the theoretical calculation of the boom. Analysis results show that the method can determine the most dangerous working conditions of aerial work platform and provide basis for follow-up boom structure design and cylinder selection.
