本文采用四乙基溴化铵、四丁基氯化铵、四丁基溴化铵、四丁基碘化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、苄基三乙基氯化铵、间苯氧塞苄基三乙基氯化铵作为相转移催化剂对氯氰菊酯的合成进行了研究,探索了不同结构和不同成分的季铵盐作相转移催化剂对反应的影响。实验结果表明,大多数季铵盐作相转移催化剂均能得到良好的结果。作者研究筛选出价廉、易得、能方便自产的节基三乙基氯化铵和间苄氧基节基三乙基氨化铵作相转移催化剂,同样能获得令人满意的结果,从而为氯氰菊酯的工业化生产创造更有利的条件。
In this paper, tetraethylammonium bromide, tetrabutylammonium chloride, tetrabutylammonium bromide, tetrabutylammonium iodide, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, benzyltriethylammonium chloride, The synthesis of cypermethrin with m-phenoxybenzyltriethylammonium chloride as phase transfer catalyst was studied.
