实践“三个代表”思想,国有企业党支部要发挥三种作用。 江泽民总书记指出,始终代表中国社会先进生产力的发展要求、中国先进文化的前进方向、中国最广大人民的根本利益,是我们党的立党之本、执政之基、力量之源。“三个代表”是党建工作的指导思想。学习、实践“三个代表”重要思想是国有企业党支部的属性所决定的,努力实践“三个代表”的要求是国有企业党支部的地位赋予党支部的使命。
In the practice of the “three represents” theory, the party branches of state-owned enterprises should play three roles. General Secretary Jiang Zemin pointed out that always representing the development requirements of China’s advanced productive forces in society, the way forward for the development of China’s advanced culture, and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people are the source of our party’s foundation, power and strength. “Three Represents” is the Guiding Ideology of Party Building. Studying and practicing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ is determined by the attributes of the party branches of state-owned enterprises. The requirement of striving to practice ’the three represents’ is that the status of the party branch of state-owned enterprises gives the party branch the mission.
