消费者或社会对商品质量的要求随着社会经济的发展和科学技术进步而不断地提高,尤其体现在对商品质量的性能、可靠性、安全性、适应性、经济性、时间性和符合性这七个方面。然而,一些企业或个人为了谋取暴利,通过一些欺骗或误导等营销手段操纵或错误引导消费者对商品质量的正确认识,致使企业的生命最终走向灭亡。
