近年来,Jackwerth、Vanderborgh等提出双硫腙、DDTC、8-羟基喹啉形成的金属螯合物吸附于活性炭,提高了吸附效果。本法采用乙基黄原酸钾-活性炭吸附富集,火焰原子吸收光谱测定天然水中Cu、Fe、Co、Cd、Zn,取得满意结果。 1.主要试剂、仪器及工作条件: 1%乙基黄原酸钾溶液;活性炭粉(分析纯)用盐酸和氢氟酸的1:1混合液处理。蔡司AAS-1型原子吸收分光光度计;铜、铁、钴、镉、锌空心阴极灯。
