从我国人口老龄化的趋势来看，我国人口老龄化有五个特点：速度快，增加了国家承受的难度；老年人为后代付出太多，理应得到回报；老年人才仍是一支可以开发利用的重要人力资源；家庭现状与家庭养老不相适应；“五个老有”是我国的创造，是解决我国人口老龄化的正确方针。据此，提出对策：从“养”、“为”出发，从解决思想观念入手；家庭结构应与家庭养老和社会养老的进程相适应；应根据国家战略重点西移的新形势，重新审视对西部老年人才开发利用的力度；进一步研究建立中国式的居家养老模式；破除不利于老年人健康长寿的封建思想；大力开展老龄理论研究。
According to the trend of population aging in our country, there are five characteristics of aging population in our country: the speed is high, which increases the difficulty for the state to bear; the elderly pay too much for future generations and deserves repayments; the elderly are still one that can be exploited Important human resources; the status quo of the family is not compatible with family support; the “five old ones” are the creation of our country and the correct guideline for solving the problem of the aging of our population. Based on this, we put forward countermeasures: starting from “raising” and “being”, starting from the solution of ideological concepts; family structure should be compatible with the process of family pension and social pension; according to the new situation that the national strategic focus moves westward, The development and utilization of the western elders; further study to establish a Chinese-style home-based pension model; get rid of feudal ideas that are detrimental to the health and longevity of the elderly; and vigorously carry out research on the theory of aging.
