介绍锌浸渣和共生矿的侧吹化料工艺方法,以及进行的试验与研究。通过试验研究与分析论证,探索出侧吹化料的最佳操作参数,优化了侧吹炉炉型,取得较好的效果。目前,国内用回转窑和烟化炉处理锌浸渣工艺,一定程度上存在生产能力小、能耗高、烟气SO2浓度波动大、尾气吸收困难等问题。研究采用侧吹熔池熔炼方法,优化操作参数,实现降低能耗,以及还原挥发效果更加明显,可以回收
Describes the process of side blown material of zinc leaching residue and symbiotic ore, as well as the experiment and research carried out. Through the experimental research and analysis and demonstration, explored the best operating parameters of side blown material, optimized the side blown furnace type, and achieved good results. At present, domestic rotary kiln and fuming furnace zinc leaching process, to a certain extent, there are small production capacity, high energy consumption, large fluctuations in flue gas SO2 concentration, exhaust gas absorption difficulties and other issues.
