从整体上看,现有铁路客运服务人员绝大多数思想健康、作风扎实,在历史的各个时期,都是一个特别能战斗的群体。但是,我们也应该清楚地看到:现有铁路服务人员的服务理念、思想观念、职业技能和人员结构不适应铁路改革发展的速度,迫切需要进行总体提高。只有做好招聘、培训、考核激励,才能提高服务人员的整体素质,达到对人力资源的最佳管理利用的目的。
As a whole, the vast majority of existing railway passenger service personnel are healthy and have a solid style of work. In all historical periods, they are a group that can be particularly fighting. However, we should also clearly see that the service concept, ideology, professional skills and personnel structure of the existing railway service personnel are not suited to the speed of railway reform and development and there is an urgent need for an overall improvement. Only by doing well in recruitment, training and examination and motivation can the overall quality of service personnel be enhanced and the best management and utilization of human resources can be achieved.
