过电缆低压井口防喷装置，是一种在使用电缆进行井下作业时用来密封井口压力低于6MPa的油水井井口的装置，以防止油气外溢造成的人身伤害和环境污染。装置由手动盘根盒、防喷管、液压盘根盒、手压泵和放空阀等组成。手动盘根盒和液压盘根盒的组合，可对电缆实施双级密封。由第一级密封即手动盘根盒处泄漏到防喷管内的流体，通过放空阀排放到地面容器内；第二级密封即液压盘根，可借助手压泵在地面进行控制，免除了高空作业的困难与危险。冀东油田的矿场应用情况表明，这种防喷装置完全可以满足工艺要求。
Over-cable low-pressure wellhead blowout preventer is a device used to seal wellhead of oil well and water well with pressure lower than 6MPa when using cable for downhole operation to prevent personal injury and environmental pollution caused by oil spill. Device consists of manual packing box, nozzle, hydraulic packing box, hand pump and vent valve and other components. The combination of a manual packing box and a hydraulic packing box allows two-stage sealing of the cable. The fluid leaked into the anti-spout pipe by the first-level seal, that is, the manual packing box, is discharged into the ground container through the vent valve; the second-level seal, that is, the hydraulic packing, can be controlled on the ground by hand pressure pump, Homework difficulties and dangers.
