“跨栏跑”中的跨栏步练习应以直观教学为主,建立正确的动作概念,强调动作的主要环节。练习跨栏步时用体操垫进行辅助性练习,消除学生的防御性反射,建立有效的信息反馈途径。具体练习分以下5个步骤:一、原地摆动腿和起跨腿练习(一)目的:了解摆动腿和起跨腿的动作方法,使摆动腿能够做到抬、伸、压,起跨腿能够做到蹬、展、拉。方法:将2折的体操垫打开成90°垂直于地面竖放,立于体前。站在2块体操垫所组成的直角内,依次做摆动腿(抬、伸、压)和起跨腿(蹬、展、拉)的动作练习(见图
