目的探讨在氯化锂-匹罗卡品诱导的癫痫大鼠中线粒体运动相关蛋白Miro1的表达变化特征。方法用氯化锂-匹罗卡品诱导SD大鼠癫痫模型,之后用Western blot检测癫痫持续状态后1天,3天,7天,14天,30天和60天的癫痫大鼠颞叶皮质中Miro1表达的变化,并通过立体定向注射技术,脑室注射Mitotracker进而进行共聚焦显微镜观察3天,60天颞叶组织切片中Miro1表达的变化。结果 Miro1的表达在急性期显著升高,慢性期显著降低。结论 Miro1在癫痫发作过程中动态的变化提示Miro1在癫痫发生中起到重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of Miro1 expression in mitochondria-related protein in epileptic rats induced by lithium chloride-pilocarpine. Methods Epileptic rats were induced by lithium chloride-pilocarpine. The epilepsy rats were induced by epilepsy to observe the temporal lobe cortex at 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days and 60 days Miro1 expression changes, and stereotactic injection, intraventricular injection of Mitotracker and then confocal microscopy 3 days, 60 days in the temporal lobe tissue sections Miro1 expression changes. Results The expression of Miro1 was significantly increased in acute phase and significantly decreased in chronic phase. Conclusion The dynamic changes of Miro1 during epilepsy suggest that Miro1 plays an important role in epilepsy.
