为研究某型号刮板输送机轨座在外力作用下的受力情况,应用三维建模软件Solid Works对轨座进行三维实体建模,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟轨座在受到采煤机作用下的应力分布与变形分布情况,分析结果显示轨座满足强度要求,而且有足够的余量,可以进行以质量最小为目标函数的优化设计。对轨座以总质量减轻20%为优化目标,通过ANSYS软件进行优化计算,得到优化方案图,为后续优化设计提供依据。
In order to study the force of a certain type of scraper conveyor rail under external force, three-dimensional solid modeling of the rail seat is carried out by using Solid Works software, and the rail seat is simulated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Under the stress distribution and deformation distribution, the analysis results show that the rail seat meets the strength requirements, and there is enough margin to optimize the design with the objective function of the minimum mass. To reduce the total mass of the rail seat 20% for the optimization goal, through the ANSYS software optimization and optimization, the optimal plan, to provide the basis for subsequent optimization.
