用辣椒素耗竭豚鼠离体支气管感觉神经肽(SNPs)后,观察支气管对缺氧及不同化学激动剂的反应变化。结果发现支气管对10% 氧产生的舒张反应显著增强(P< 0.05); 对10- 6 ~2×10- 4 m ol/L组胺(His)及10- 5 ~10- 4 m ol/L5-羟色胺(5-HT) 的收缩反应显著降低(均为P< 0.05), 而对10- 6 ~2×10- 4 m ol/L乙酰胆碱( Ach) 的收缩反应和异丙肾上腺素 (Isop) 的舒张反应均无明显改变。提示支气管C-感觉神经所释放的SNPs降低支气管对缺氧的反应性,增强对His和5-HT的反应性, 但不影响其对Isop 和Ach 的反应性。
Bronchial responses to hypoxia and different chemical agonists were observed after capsaicin-depleted guinea pig sensory neuropeptides (SNPs) in vitro. The results showed that the bronchial diastolic response to 10% oxygen was significantly increased (P <0.05). The effects of 10-6 ~ 2 × 10-4 mol / L histamine (His) and 10-5 ~ 10-4 mol / L-serotonin (5-HT) was significantly decreased (all P <0.05), while contractile responses to acetylcholine (Ach) of 10 -6 to 2 × 10 -4 mol / There was no significant change in the diastolic response to Isop. It is suggested that SNPs released by bronchial C-sensory nerves reduce bronchial responsiveness to hypoxia and enhance reactivity to His and 5-HT, but do not affect their reactivity to Isop and Ach.
