目的:了解某三级甲等医院外科系统择期手术病人诊疗满意度情况。方法:对该医院13个手术科室195名的住院患者(或家属)进行问卷调查并进行满意度分析。结果通过统计调查结果得出调查对象对手术诊疗流程满意度情况,包括门诊阶段、入院阶段、等待手术阶段、手术及术后恢复阶段各环节的满意度情况。结论该医院手术科室患者总体满意度较高,满意度相对较低的主要集中在医务人员服务态度、术前检查、术前访视等环节。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the satisfaction of patients with elective surgery in the surgical system of a third-class hospital. Methods: A total of 195 hospitalized patients (or relatives) in 13 surgical departments of the hospital were surveyed and analyzed for satisfaction. Results Satisfaction of the respondents with the procedure of surgical operation was obtained through the statistical survey results, including the satisfaction of each stage in outpatient stage, admission stage, waiting for surgery stage, operation and postoperative recovery stage. Conclusion The overall satisfaction of patients in the surgical department of the hospital is relatively high. The patients with relatively low satisfaction mainly focus on the attitude of medical staff, preoperative examination, preoperative visit and so on.
