随着互联网时代的到来,虚拟社会与现实社会之间的互动更加明显。网络虚拟社会在为人们的生产生活带来高效便捷的同时,也带来诸多新问题。作为国家法律监督机关,检察机关积极参与虚拟社会管理,是充分履行检察职能的必然要求,具有一定的现实意义。本文试结合网络虚拟社会发展的有关规律以及当前网络虚拟社会管理面临的问题,就检察机关如何更好参与网络虚拟社会管理作初步探讨。 With the advent of the Internet age, the interaction between the virtual society and the real society becomes more apparent. Network Virtual Society brings convenience and efficiency to people’s production and life, but also brings many new problems. As the supervisory organ of national law, procuratorial organs actively participate in the management of virtual society, which is the inevitable requirement of full implementation of procuratorial functions and has certain practical significance. This article attempts to combine with the relevant laws of the development of virtual social network and the problems that the current network virtual social management faces, and makes a preliminary discussion on how the procuratorial organs can better participate in the network virtual social management.
