本文通过对使用涡旋压缩机的变频多联机在低负荷运行工况下对机组性能的不利影响的分析,指出改善变频多联机在低负荷运行工况性能的重要性,概括与总结了常用的六种改善变频多联机低负荷运转性能的途径与方法,并针对这六种常用方法的原理、特点以及适用范围进行了分析和讨论。在此基础上,本文进一步指出了改善变频多联机在低负荷运行工况性能必须根据产品自身结构、性能特点,结合实验与工程实践,确定最适合自身产品的改善途径与方法。
Based on the analysis of the adverse effects on the unit performance under the condition of low load, the paper points out the importance of improving the performance of the variable frequency multi-line operation in low load operation, summarizes the commonly used Six ways and methods to improve the low load operation performance of multi-line inverter were analyzed and discussed according to the principles, characteristics and application scope of the six commonly used methods. On this basis, the paper further points out that improving the performance of VFD multi-line operation under low load must be based on the product structure and performance characteristics, combined with experimental and engineering practice to determine the most appropriate ways and means to improve their own products.
