现如今,我国人事档案管理已经基本上实现了信息化,但是这种信息化的水平并不高,还有很大的发展空间。信息化管理与传统的人事档案管理相比,具有非常大的优势,比如信息输入、查询更加快捷,便于对重要档案进行保存等。首先介绍了人事档案信息化管理的必要性,其次介绍了人事档案信息化管理的作用,最后探讨了人事档案信息化管理实现的决策,希望能够有所帮助。
Nowadays, the personnel files management in our country has basically realized the informationization, but the level of such informationization is not high, and there is still much room for development. Compared with the traditional personnel records management, information management has a very big advantage, such as information input, query more quickly, easy to save important files and so on. First of all, the necessity of information management of personnel files was introduced. Secondly, the role of information management of personnel files was introduced. Finally, the decision-making of information management of personnel files was discussed in the hope of being helpful.
