我省滨州、临沂等市地及部分县区单位,近年来积极推行以人事制度和分配制度改革为重点的学校内部管理体制改革,呈现出良好的发展势头。据最近的不完全统计,全省中等以下教育内部管理体制改革试点县已发展到59个,占全省县区总数的43.1%,已经完成的县市区有24个,占全省县区总数的17.7%。从试点的情况看,具有三个明显的趋势或特点:改革的范围由试点学校、试点乡镇逐步扩展为在县区乃至整个地市统一部署进行的大范围的整体推进,涉及到中等以下教育的各级各类学校;改革的内容主要包括实行校长负
The cities and counties in Binzhou, Linyi, and other counties and districts in our province have actively promoted the reform of the internal management system of schools, which focuses on the reform of the personnel system and the distribution system, and have shown good momentum of development.
