目的观察正常血压者及正常高值血压者合并空腹血糖变化时血清神经生长因子(NGF)、生长相关蛋白43(GAP-43)水平。方法根据2005年中国高血压防治指南,将200例健康体检者分为正常高值血压组(n=140)和正常血压组(n=60)(均未服降压药),依据空腹血糖水平分成3组:A组[正常血压+空腹血糖<5.6mmol/L,n=60];B组[正常高值血压+空腹血糖<5.6mmol/L,n=70];C组[正常高值血压+空腹血糖受损(6.9mmol/L>空腹血糖>5.6mmol/L),n=70]。用酶联免疫吸附试验分别检测NGF及GAP-43水平。结果 3组NGF比较,差异具有统计学意义(F=2.604,P=0.036);3组GAP-43比较,差异亦具有统计学意义(F=5.901,P=0.019);Pearson相关性分析显示:NGF及GAP-43之间呈正相关(r=0.600,P<0.01)。结论正常高值血压阶段NGF及GAP-43水平升高,提示该阶段可能已存在早期交感神经重构改变。
Objective To observe the levels of serum nerve growth factor (NGF) and growth associated protein 43 (GAP-43) in patients with normal blood pressure and normal high blood pressure combined with fasting blood glucose. Methods According to the guidelines for prevention and treatment of hypertension in China in 2005, 200 healthy subjects were divided into two groups: normal high blood pressure group (n = 140) and normal blood pressure group (n = 60) The patients in group A [normal blood pressure + fasting blood glucose <5.6 mmol / L, n = 60]; group B [normal high blood pressure + fasting blood glucose <5.6 mmol / L, n = 70]; group C Blood pressure and impaired fasting glucose (6.9 mmol / L> fasting glucose> 5.6 mmol / L), n = 70]. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of NGF and GAP-43 respectively. Results There was significant difference between the three groups in NGF (F = 2.604, P = 0.036). There was also a significant difference in GAP-43 between the three groups (F = 5.901, P = 0.019). Pearson correlation analysis showed that: There was a positive correlation between NGF and GAP-43 (r = 0.600, P <0.01). Conclusion The levels of NGF and GAP-43 in normal high blood pressure stage are elevated, suggesting that there may be early sympathetic remodeling in this stage.
