本文探讨用高碘酸根离子电极指示铁(Ⅱ)催化IO_4~-还原反应。经实验选定柠檬酸盐作此体系的缓冲剂、还原剂和活化剂。反应的最佳pH范围为3.0—3.5,用固定时间法测定标准及样品浓度。考察了15种金属离子及12种阴离子对反应的影响。该法允许1000—10000倍于铁(Ⅱ)的金属离子存在。常见阴离子无干扰,铁(Ⅲ)不干扰测定。此法可测定1.0×10~(-6)—2.5×10~(-10)mol/L铁(Ⅱ),曾用于自来水、矿样中铁的测定。
This article discusses the use of periodate ion electrode to indicate iron (Ⅱ) - catalyzed IO_4 ~ - reduction. The experiment selected citrate buffer system for this system, reducing agent and activator. The optimum pH range for the reaction is 3.0-3.5, and the standard and sample concentrations are determined by the fixed time method. The effects of 15 kinds of metal ions and 12 kinds of anions on the reaction were investigated. This method allows 1000-10000 times as much metal than iron (II) to exist. Common anions without interference, iron (Ⅲ) does not interfere with the determination. The method can be used to determine iron (Ⅱ) in the range of 1.0 × 10 -6 -6.5 × 10 -10 mol / L, which was used in the determination of iron in tap water and ore samples.
