针对施工临时结构类施工坍塌事故风险源,从施工临时结构功能角度,绘制施工临时结构的传力路线图,揭示施工临时结构为一个串联系统,系统中任一单元失效,系统即失效。从结构力学角度,分析施工临时结构及构件传力系统为固定铰支座、活动铰支座和杆体组成的串联系统,阐述施工临时结构中连墙起固定铰支座作用,杆件连接起活动铰支座作用,剪刀撑起施工临时结构整体几何稳定控制杆作用。基于此,分析施工临时结构安全高风险性来自施工临时结构安装和质量维护过程,安全风险的防控重点是强化安全生产监督管理,普及安全生产知识,提升全员安全生产责任意识。
According to the risk source of construction collapse accident in construction of temporary structure, the transmission force roadmap of construction temporary structure is drawn from the perspective of construction temporary structure function, revealing that the temporary structure of construction is a series system, and any unit in the system fails and the system fails. The key points of prevention and control of safety risk are to strengthen the supervision and administration of production safety, popularize the knowledge of production safety and enhance the sense of production safety responsibility of all employees.
