[目的]探讨依达拉奉与东菱迪芙联合应用对急性脑缺血损伤大鼠D-二聚体的影响.[方法]采用改良线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞脑缺血再灌注模型.将成年健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌注模型组(缺血后30min腹腔注射给予4mL/kg生理盐水)、依达拉奉治疗组(缺血后30min,6h腹腔注射给予4mL/kg依达拉奉)、东菱迪芙治疗组(缺血后12min腹腔注射给予8BU/kg东菱迪芙)、联合用药治疗组(缺血后12min腹腔注射给予8BU/kg东菱迪芙,缺血后30min,6h腹腔注射给予4mL/kg依达拉奉).缺血再灌注24h后,断头处死大鼠,取脑组织用2%(质量分数)2,3,5氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)缓冲液行避光染色,计算脑梗塞体积.开胸暴露心脏,采集心脏血,应用循环酶法定量D-二聚体检测水平.[结果]东菱迪芙治疗组、依达拉奉治疗组、联合用药治疗组脑梗塞体积较缺血再灌注模型组均显著缩小(P<0.05),联合用药治疗组较东菱迪芙治疗组、依达拉奉治疗组缩小明显(P<0.05).缺血再灌注模型组D-二聚体水平显著高于假手术组,与缺血再灌注模型组比较,东菱迪芙治疗组、依达拉奉治疗组、联合用药治疗组D-二聚体水平明显降低,与依达拉奉治疗组比较,东菱迪芙治疗组及联合用药治疗组D-二聚体水平均明显降低(P<0.05).[结论]东菱迪芙与依达拉奉均可降低D-二聚体水平,减少急性脑梗塞体积,降低脑部缺血损伤,具有脑保护作用;东菱迪芙与依达拉奉联合应用较东菱迪芙或依达拉奉单独应用治疗效果更为显著.
[Objective] To investigate the effect of edaravone and tricindex in combination on D-dimer in rats with acute cerebral ischemia. [Results] Lingdi Fu treatment group, edaravone treatment group, combination therapy group cerebral infarction volume than the ischemia-reperfusion model group were significantly reduced (P <0.05), combined Compared with sham-operated group, the D-dimer level in ischemia-reperfusion group was significantly higher than that in sham-operated group and edaravone treatment group (P <0.05) Compared with edaravone treatment group, edaravone treatment group and edaravone treatment group, combination therapy group D-dimer level was significantly reduced compared with edaravone treatment group, Donglingdufu treatment group and combination therapy group D - dimer levels were significantly lower (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Both D-Link and edaravone can reduce the level of D-dimer, reduce the volume of acute cerebral infarction, reduce the ischemic injury of the brain, with Brain protection; Donglingdi Fu and edaravone combined application than the East Lingdi Fu or edaravone alone treatment effect is more significant.
