在中小跨径混凝土装配式梁桥的横向设计上,日本有着成功的经验,美国一直借鉴学习,目前也取得了很好的效果。国外与我国该类桥梁横向设计的主要区别在于配有横向预应力束,而我国仍然停留在开裂后加固的层次上。鉴于此,本文着重介绍了国外装配式邻接箱梁桥的横向连接设计,涵盖剪力槽设计和横向预应力设计。国外规范建议采用全深度剪力槽/横向预应力系统,而且实际经验也证实了该系统能有效避免铰缝的开裂,提高桥梁承载力,从而为我国横向连接的设计和加固提供参考。
In the horizontal design of small and medium-span concrete-filled beam bridges, Japan has a successful experience. The United States has always learned from it and has achieved good results so far. The main difference between the lateral design of such bridges abroad and in China is that they are equipped with horizontal prestressing strands, while our country still stays at the level of reinforcement after cracking. In view of this, this article focuses on the design of the lateral connection of the assembled prefabricated box girder bridge, covering the design of shear slot and transverse prestressing. The foreign norms recommend using the full depth shear slot / transverse prestressing system, and the actual experience also proves that the system can effectively avoid the cracking of the hinge joints and improve the bearing capacity of the bridge, so as to provide a reference for the design and reinforcement of the lateral connection in our country.
