网络治理是政府与社会组织、公民合作,为了促进公共利益的实现,共同管理公共事务的一个新的治理模式。伴随着上世纪我国经济体制的改革,非营利组织也得到了迅猛发展,并在维护社会公平、保护弱势群体和促进和谐发展等方面都发挥了积极作用。本文将结合网络治理理论,以上海市普陀区甘泉路街道民间服务中心为老服务为例,探析非营利组织的网络治理结构模式。 Network governance is the government and social organizations, citizens, in order to promote the realization of the public interest, common management of public affairs, a new governance model. Along with the reform of China’s economic system in the last century, non-profit organizations have also witnessed rapid development. They have also played an active role in maintaining social fairness, protecting disadvantaged groups and promoting harmonious development. This article will combine the theory of network governance, taking the old service of Ganquan Road Street Civil Service Center in Putuo District of Shanghai as an example to analyze the network governance structure mode of non-profit organizations.
