目的:研究相对性缺血缺氧状态是否促进前列腺组织的良性增生。方法:选取青春前期SD雄性大鼠40只,将实验组大鼠前列腺的主要动脉阻断,复制出大鼠前列腺相对性缺血缺氧状态,对照组为假手术组。HE染色观察前列腺组织增生等病理变化;采用斑点杂交技术和免疫组化方法检测40只大鼠前列腺组织中Caspase-3的表达;测定每只大鼠前列腺指数PI值。将两组结果分别进行比较分析。结果:相对缺血缺氧组大鼠前列腺组织,病理切片观察呈增生性改变,正常组无明显增生改变,前列腺组织中Caspase-3的表达低于正常组前列腺组织中Caspase-3的表达,前列腺组织PI值大于正常组大鼠前列腺组织PI值,二者比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:相对性缺血缺氧状态可以促进前列腺组织的增生,相对缺血缺氧在促进前列腺良性增生方面发挥了重要作用。
Objective: To study whether relative ischemia and hypoxia promotes benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: the main artery of the prostate of the experimental group was blocked, and the relative ischemia and hypoxia state of the prostate was replicated. The control group was sham operation group. HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes such as prostatic hyperplasia. The expression of Caspase-3 in prostatic tissue was detected by dot blot hybridization and immunohistochemistry. Prostatic index (PI) of each rat was measured. The two groups of results were comparative analysis. Results: Compared with the normal group, the expression of Caspase-3 in prostate tissue was lower than that in normal group, but the expression of Caspase-3 in prostate tissue was lower than that in normal group The PI value of the tissue in the normal group was significantly higher than that in the normal group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Relative ischemia and hypoxia can promote the proliferation of prostatic tissue, and relative hypoxia and hypoxia play an important role in promoting benign prostatic hyperplasia.
