本文将能源与碳排放统一纳入全要素生产率测度模型,使用全局DEA方法及Malmquist-Luenberger生产率指数,测算1998-2010年低碳导向的工业行业绿色TFP增长及其来源构成,并通过核密度估计分析其动态分布特征。结果发现,低碳导向的工业行业绿色TFP经历了一个先上升、后下降、再上升的演化轨迹,但工业绿色TFP增长主要由技术进步推动,技术效率整体上拖累了工业绿色TFP增长;轻工业绿色TFP增长及技术进步显著优于重工业,采掘业与公用事业行业绿色TFP没有得到显著改善,绿色TFP增长及其来源的行业差距有扩大趋势。
In this paper, the unification of energy and carbon emissions into the total factor productivity measurement model, the use of global DEA method and the Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index, measured from 1998 to 2010 low-carbon industry-oriented green TFP growth and its source composition, and by nuclear density estimation analysis Its dynamic distribution characteristics. The results show that the green TFP of low-carbon-oriented industrial sector has experienced an upward trend, then decreased and then increased. However, the growth of industrial green TFP is mainly driven by technological progress, and the technical efficiency as a whole has dragged down the growth of industrial green TFP. The light green TFP growth and technological progress were significantly better than those of heavy industry, while green TFP in extractive and public utilities sectors had not been significantly improved. The industry gap between green TFP growth and its source has been widening.
