近日,关于中国经济复苏的正面报道正陆续见诸于报端。同时,房地产市场也出现了明显的回暖迹象,全国房地产交易量乃至部分城市房价均开始回升。当前各方面最关心的问题就是,房地产市场目前所出现的回暖现象是昙花一现,还是有可能演变成回转,进入复苏通道?本刊特邀中国大陆最具影响力年青经济学家、北京科技大学赵晓先生撰文,从宏观经济与房地产市场两个方面就此做出理性判断。
