在网络和电子商务环境下,网络经济价值正在凸显,电子商务在信息社会中正成为企业经营的重要平台。中职学校作为培养掌握初级技能、服务于生产、经营管理一线的基层应用型人才的基地,面对电子商务市场蓬勃发展的势头,在电子商务专业建设上既有机遇,又有挑战。目前中职电子商务人才培养过程中面临很多问题,本文试着分析这些问题及探讨正确的对策,旨在培养出适合市场需求的人才。
Under the network and e-commerce environment, the economic value of the Internet is becoming prominent. E-commerce is becoming an important platform for business operation in the information society. As a base for cultivating grassroots talents who master primary skills and serve the frontline of production, operation and management, secondary vocational schools face both the flourishing development of e-commerce market and the challenges in the construction of e-commerce major. At present, there are many problems in the training of secondary vocational e-commerce personnel. This paper tries to analyze these problems and discuss the correct measures to cultivate talents suitable for the market demand.
