用单克隆抗体放射免疫测定法,在80％以上的卵巢上皮癌患者中可检出一种抗原(CA125)。妊娠头三个月的妇女,其16%血清中可见CA12s水平升高,且以羊水中浓度最高。
Monoclonal antibody radioimmunoassay detects more than 80% of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (CA125). Women in the first trimester of pregnancy showed elevated levels of CA12s in 16% of their serum and highest concentrations in amniotic fluid.
