鲁尔泵安装有NU系列轴承,原轴承拆卸方法时间长,并且会对轴径造成损伤。为了实现安全、快速拆卸轴承,从拆卸时间、对轴的损伤、操作难度、危险性和费用几方面对比分析了4种不同的轴承拆卸方案,最终确定加热环拆卸轴承方案为最优方案。经过对加热环材质的选定,对轴承内圈拆卸所需热膨胀量的确定,对轴承内圈及加热环热容的计算,确定了加热环的加热温度和外形尺寸。完善了螺母螺杆调节机构和伸缩缝限位设计,实现了加热环的直径可调节。加热环装置轴承可快速拆卸,对轴径没有损伤,可推广应用。(图3,表1,参9)
Ruhr pump installed NU series bearings, the original bearing removal method for a long time, and will cause damage to the shaft diameter. In order to realize safe and quick disassembly of bearings, four different bearing disassembly programs are compared and analyzed from the aspects of disassembly time, shaft damage, operation difficulty, danger and cost. Finally, the optimal disassembly scheme of heating ring is determined. After the selection of the material of the heating ring, the determination of the amount of thermal expansion required for disassembly of the bearing inner ring and the calculation of the heat capacity of the bearing inner ring and the heating ring determine the heating temperature and the overall dimensions of the heating ring. Improve the nut screw adjustment mechanism and expansion joints limit design, to achieve a heating ring diameter can be adjusted. Heating ring device bearings can be quickly removed, there is no damage to the shaft diameter, can be extended. (Figure 3, Table 1, reference 9)
