文章通过对DISC性格测试问卷的分析,指出四种性格学生应该以不同的侧重点展开学习。并从学习观念、技巧、实际应用等多方面,探讨如何因材施教培养大学生学习英语的理念,切实有效地提高高校的英语教学水平。
Through the analysis of DISC personality test questionnaire, the article points out that four personality students should study with different emphasis. And from the concept of learning, skills, practical applications and other aspects, how to teach students how to teach students the concept of learning English, effectively and effectively improve the level of college English teaching.
