本文提倡基于关系优先、普遍的嵌入性、网络连结的社会效用以及社会生活结构模式构成的一组核心概念(Lakatos,1970)来渐进式地发展理论,而非统一范式。组织网络研究可以捕捉个体和网络在相互建构与变化方面的复杂性和区别性。本文的目标不是描述已预设结果的细微难题,而是勾画一些与新兴现象相关的大胆设想。
This article advocates a set of core concepts (Lakatos, 1970) that are based on relational priority, universal embeddedness, the social utility of the network link, and the structure of social life structures (Lakatos, 1970) to evolve the theory rather than the uniform paradigm. Organizational network research can capture the complexity and distinctions of individuals and networks in their mutual construction and change. The goal of this article is not to describe the subtle problems of a predetermined result but to sketch out some of the bold ideas associated with the emerging phenomenon.
