The future has not yet come, the past no longer exists, so when we close the annals of history, the things that have passed can not be changed. However, this immutable past does not always repeat itself. In a different time and space, it will be colorful, and we know the change of information will also change its appearance. Our interrelationships with the past, their corresponding importance and their perception of their significance are all constantly changing due to the fast-changing reality. The same individual in the same country, first observing the same past in 1897 and then observing it again in 1973, delineated two very different pictures. If we look again at the same past in China in 2073, we will certainly come to a different view. If we look at it again in Nigeria in 2173, we will undoubtedly make more varied descriptions.
